What counts as a minute and a conversation?
Calls count in whole minutes, rounded up. A chat conversation includes up to 20 messages from your customer, and every 20 more count as one more conversation. A new conversation starts after 30 minutes without messages on your website, or 24 hours on WhatsApp and Telegram.
What happens when I use up my monthly allowance?
We e-mail you at 80% and 95%. At 100%, new calls and chats are politely turned away until you upgrade or the allowance renews on the 1st of the month.
Do unused minutes carry over?
No. Minutes and conversations renew on the 1st of every month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in one click; your agents keep working until the end of the period you paid for.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
Yearly billing is 10% cheaper than paying month by month.
How can I pay?
By card (processed by Stripe) or PayPal. Businesses can also ask us for an invoice.
